At camp Teaching Counselors co-teach four days a week. The morning workshop is a 90-minute block of the GLI Girl Meets World Curriculum. In the afternoon teachers design their own two-hour arts integrated project. Project last two days for the youngest campers, one week for 8th and 9th graders, and two weeks for the oldest campers.

All teachers participate in morning check-in, warm-up games, advisory and many evening activities. Teaching Counselors work with Residential Counselors to create the camp community and culture. Days typically go from 8:45 am until 10:30 pm, with breaks after lunch, after arts project, and sometimes after dinner. Weekends are limited to one day a week.
